A few weeks ago when the weather was a little bit warmer and drier, Luan, Ken and I went up to the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens and took some photos there. Autumn is by far my favourite time of the year to take photos. I love seeing the trees turn into the most beautiful colours of reds and yellows.
We also drove down to Bridgewater where there are little fairy houses left behind!!
I can hardly believe that its almost been one year since I've worked with Amy for our first shoot together (the ballerina one!). It was a fun afternoon spent experimenting with indoor lighting and with different poses, which are usually things I find tricky especially shooting indoors with just my camera. This year I want to do something which makes me feel a little bit more uncomfortable - which is shooting indoors more often.

With May drawing to a close, I thought I'd share some photos from this past month. Vivian and I went to Hahndorf early May and I have to say that Hahndorf is even more pretty during Autumn! Vivian and I had lunch at the seasonal garden cafe and it was so delicious, I'll definitely stop by again next time. We then decided to take a walk through Hahndorf and came across a road lined with beautiful trees and thats when Vivian and I decided that climbing up trees would be fun. Whenever I see the photos of Vivian in the tree it makes me laugh and giggle because it's probably the most random thing we did that day.
Around the middle of May, I took some photos of Kenji and Lan at the Japanese gardens and it was stunnniing with all the golden leaves. I think autumn makes everything look a lot nicer and I always feel compelled to go outside to explore and take more photos. I have a lot more !!!autumn!! photos to share, so keep an eye out :)!
